Website storage
The application does not set public visitor cookies or write localStorage or sessionStorage. Search, filters and menu state are held in memory and are not saved as a visitor profile. No optional preference is stored for a fixed period, so there is no saved consent record to renew or expire.
External maps
The location map is off by default. Selecting Load location map loads the configured OpenStreetMap or Google Maps embed. The provider receives your IP address and browser information and may set cookies or use browser storage according to its own policy. The application does not set or control the lifetime of provider cookies. You can select Close map to remove the embed. Returning to the page starts with the map off again. Clear provider cookies in your browser if you wish to remove data it has stored.
Other external services
Sanity media requests and Vercel hosting deliver the website. Sending an enquiry connects to the configured form delivery service. Following a research, social, email or conference link opens a separate service. Those services may use their own cookies or storage. Operational logs and enquiry records are separate from cookies.
Your choices
You can use the website and contact information without loading the map. Browser settings can block or clear cookies and site storage. This may affect external services you choose to open. No sitewide consent banner is used because the application does not activate optional analytics or advertising, and maps require a separate action. If optional tracking is introduced, these controls and this notice must be reviewed before activation.
