About this website
This notice covers the NC4SCM public website at www.nc4scm.com. The conference portal and other external websites may have separate services and notices.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form requests your name, email address, message and enquiry type. You may also provide your organization and a service of interest. We use this information to respond, assess your request and continue relevant correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive personal information through this form.
Enquiry delivery
The form sends the information you submit to the configured delivery service, currently FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), for processing and delivery to the centre. Using a direct email link instead sends information through your chosen email service. The website does not save enquiry drafts in browser storage. Delivery services and email providers process information under their own policies.
Hosting and content delivery
Vercel hosts the public website. Sanity supplies published content and media. Requests to hosting and media services may include your IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the service. These providers may process information outside your country. Website editor accounts are handled separately through Sanity.
Maps and external links
An embedded map connects to its provider only after you select Load location map. This shares technical information with the map provider, which may use its own cookies or storage. Closing the map stops displaying it but does not erase information already received by the provider. Links to LinkedIn, research profiles, publications and conference services take you to websites with their own privacy practices.
Analytics and browser storage
The application code does not install advertising pixels or visitor analytics, or write cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage for public website preferences. Map activation is kept in memory while the component is open. See Cookies and external services for more detail. Hosting may maintain operational logs separately from browser storage.
Retention and requests
Enquiries may remain in the centre’s correspondence systems and the delivery provider’s records while needed to handle the request and any associated administrative obligations. This website does not automatically delete those records. Contact the centre to ask about retention, correction or deletion of information you supplied. Available rights and any required retention depend on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
